Business Support Manager
Hello, we’re Severn Trent Services, a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We monitor and look after our legionella control and water treatment services and are now recruiting for a Technical Support Manager to join our Aqualtix’s Team.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As the Business Support Manager, you will:
- Lead a dynamic team, streamline sales processes, and manage invoices.
- Plan and execute audits of Customer Asset data and internal licensing.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of IT solutions.
- Play a pivotal role in contract mobilisations and team development.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong facilitation and presenting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn IT systems and manage time effectively.
- Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
