Change & Communications Manager

 EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

We’re always looking to ensure that the service we provide our customers is the best we can and as part of that we have our own in-house project & change team who work across multiple business areas to ensure we’re best in class delivering transformation and change programmes. To enable this, we’re looking for a Change and Communication Manager (12 month FTC) to join us to work on a large transformation programme to ensure that we’re embedding the changes and delivering the right messages, to the right people, at the right time.

 

In this bespoke role, we’ll be looking for you to be responsible for overseeing and delivering our key stakeholder & engagement plan to support our programme to make sure our change lands across differing teams effectively. You will work directly within the programme team, both leading and delivering a suite of effective stakeholder engagement and communications activities that align to overall programme objectives.

 Some of your key accountabilities will be to: -

 

  • Be a key liaison with operational and management teams to make sure that programme transformation engagement and change  activity lands effectively and that it influences strategic thinking. 
  • Lead on the development and delivery of the stakeholder & engagement plan for a large technology replacement and change programme: - Field Services Management (planning, scheduling and despatch) ensuring it aligns with the broader programme objectives. 
  • Develop the strategy and messaging for our stakeholder comms, ensuring we can effectively engage with and provide our stakeholders and impacted users with the essential information they need to deliver the necessary change. 
  • Champion and drive employee engagement through the programme, including our Change Network, by providing coaching on best practice approach to change and communications.

 

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

 We’re looking for our Change and Communications Manager to be a great communicator, both verbally and written as well as having the passion and creativity to bring new ideas to the table to help make our service even better. You’ll have a proven track record of working in business change communications, with demonstrable experience of working on Operational or Technology transformation change programmes.  We need someone who is willing to learn all about our complex organisation, making contacts at all levels, and who can make the service we provide even better.
