Do you have experience working with clean water networks? Are you a Design Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you like working in a fast paced and challenging environment? To do this role you will ideally have experience of working with or designing clean water networks and an understanding of CDM regulations in design process.

Initially you will provide support to Senior & Principal Engineers to deliver project to programme, within budget, to the correct quality standards.

When doing this role you will.

  • Work to CDM 2015
  • Understand STW H+S standards
  • Be (or work towards being) principal designer
  • Build, Drive & Manage your own programme
  • Deliver to agreed timescales
  • Design Clean Water Networks
  • Understand hydraulics within a water system
  • Understand pipe connectivity
  • Work with hydraulic Modellers to optimise designs
  • Design with carbon reduction in mind
  • Prepare Key Deliverable documents
  • Undertake site visits
  • Attend and input at site meetings
  • Develop and build relationships
  • Engage & influence stakeholders
  • Engage in third party liaison
  • Work in a dynamic team
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Learn and deliver to current regulations
  • Mentor team where appropriate
  • Challenge standards

You’ll take projects right through from project inception through optioneering, outline and detailed design and construction support.
