Continuous Improvement Practitioner

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Group Transformation team for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner. 

 

In this role, you’ll support in the application, deployment, and assurance of the Continuous Improvement tools and ways of working. You will lead and support the delivery of work and performance improvements, whilst creating a culture of continuous improvement by training and coaching within change programmes, project streams and business areas. Each day will be different as you look to identify continuous improvement ways of working across the organisation. The role will be based at our head office in Coventry City Centre.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

 

  • Able to lead and support the implementation of change management plans to deploy the Continuous Improvement (CI), creating a culture in which the ways of working will be sustained.
  • Completion of CI measure reviews, facilitate workshops and carry out local level problem solving.
  • Lead and support the delivery of process improvements, ensuring end to end thinking, and help build a more change ready workforce.
  • Identify benefits in delivery and influence Stakeholders in realisation approach.
  • Creating workshop designs to facilitate a variety of different sessions/ topics across various business areas and stakeholder groups.
  • Leading training delivery and coaching of CI tools and techniques to meet the business requirements, to develop sustainable capability.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE 

 

To be considered for this role, you’ll have experience in leading Continuous Improvement & Safer Better Faster. Having evidence of delivery including tangible benefits would be required. The successful candidate will require a pro-active      

mind-set and think of the long term strategy with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
