EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a SAP Procurement Software Analyst, your primary role is to support, configure, test and maintain our SAP ECC Materials Management module and our SAP Ariba system, working closely with our Procurement and Finance business teams, Architects, and other IT Operations teams to ensure that work is completed on time and efficiently. You will cover support for processes across the source to pay lifecycle.
Key accountabilities include:-
- Proactively engage in Customer Service Requests and ensure their resolution in coordination with the team, keeping users informed of progress.
- Maintain a stable and supported environment, applying patches and upgrades as required’
- Investigate Incidents within SLA and update key users on the progress.
- Work with ABAP to debug application problems and escalate as needed.
- Participate in documenting changes, processes, and operating procedures for Applications and contribute to the STW repository.

We’ll be looking for you to have hands on experience with SAP procurement (ECC and Ariba) to thrive in our fast-paced & secure environment. Ideally you will have experience in a Software Analyst role or similar and an understanding of Source to Pay business processes.
