You’ll be the first point of contact for all Large Developer Waste customers, providing advice and guidance with the aim of resolving any queries as quickly and hassle free for the customer as possible.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Waste Project Coordinator, we’ll be looking for you to ensure we’re compliant with all company policies, procedures and standards, while ensuring our data is recorded accurately. As the first point of call for our customers, you’ll be providing excellent customer service and providing clear advice to them while constructively engaging with internal colleagues and external stakeholders alike.
You’ll make sure we have a high level of data integrity to support our reporting and be the point of contact ensuring our IT systems are used and kept updated with accurate information.
Other accountabilities include:-
- Enhance Severn Trent’s reputation by delivering excellent levels of customer service in a timely and professional manner
- Constructively engage with internal/external stakeholders, through effective communication
- Drive performance improvements
- Capture and provide accurate information to enable excellent customer, service throughout departments
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
As mentioned, if you’ve got customer service experience, good IT skills including Microsoft Office and SAP and excellent people and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders then we want to hear from you!
