EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re looking for a Team Leader to work within our Performance and Reporting Team . Who will be responsible for effectively leading and providing performance management for a multifunctional team and ensure effective running of the NHH Data Commercial Services offering to Retailers.
The role will provide data to support our service offering to retailers and facilitate process improvements.
The role will work across multiple teams within and external to the WMU, to support data needs as and when required. To build a solid suite of reports that enable team members to complete analysis on an ad-hoc basis. This role also requires dynamic problem solving, driving process and market improvements along with the ability to interrogate data sets to facilitate proactive improvements.
And if that wasn’t enough, you’ll be spotting potential in your team members to nurture, grow and develop, removing barriers and driving team performance.
You’ll be based in our modern Raynesway site in Derby, where you’ll work Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm and be able to park for free or get to with ease with loads of local travel options. You’ll work alongside our Metering Support Team, who all love what they do.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

- Monitor and utilise relevant performance data to promote and drive continuous improvement to “raise the bar” in performance.
You’ll be effectively motivating and leading your team, conducting regular performance reviews and following all internal HR policies to ensure good staff management and leadership at all times.
Having the ability to think objectively to plan, prioritise and track work in the most effective way possible while working in a demanding environment and ensuring SLA’s are met across multiple stakeholders.
Providing regular feedback to individuals clearly and constructively against performance whilst highlighting areas for development and improvement, ensuring the outcome is positively received.
Ensuring the team is managed efficiently by collaborating with your team, & engaging with key stakeholders.
Working closely with the Operational Improvement and Strategy Manager & data analysts to drive improvements and new ways of working.
