EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

 

We’re looking for a Performance, Change & Improvement Manager to effectively drive performance through an energised innovative approach to identify and drive effective change, working collaboratively within the Waste Operational Team and Waste Infra Planning.

 

 

In this role, you’ll drive positive and successful change and improvements across Waste Infra Planning through the end to end process, using your expert knowledge to align activity with our regulatory and ODI commitments.

 

 

Stakeholder management is essential as you’ll be providing advice to the Waste Infra Planning Lead on KCI (Keeping Customer Informed), Job Build, Schedule & Delivery, Tactical Planning and Traffic Management Act (TMA) processes and systems that drive operational performance. Also working closely with Waste Networks, you’ll support with Workforce Planning & Optimisation plans key for our ODIs.

 

 

You'll be based in our Raynesway site in Derby where you’ll be able to park for free or get to with ease with loads of local travel options. You’ll work within our 320 strong Workforce Planning & Optimisation Team who all love what they do.

You’re experienced at identifying and implementing change, bringing your stakeholders on the journey with you. You think for today and tomorrow and you can demonstrate an agile approach to change.

 

 

Stakeholder management is a talent you have; you love building and developing relationships, advising, influencing and engaging your colleagues through change.

 

 

You have an eye for detail and can prioritise according to regulatory and ODI commitments.

 

 

Problem solving is a skill of yours, and you can be both analytical and creative to identify issues and come up with resolutions to suit different people and different situations.
