EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
 

Are you ready to hit the ground running and make a significant impact in the water industry? Oren Environmental is seeking a dynamic Estimator to join our expanding team. You'll manage pricing and cost management for diverse water projects across the UK, collaborating with stakeholders from design to delivery. You’ll also be working directly with the MD of Oren Environmental and will have one direct report, which will potentially increase over time.

 

The other key accountabilities of the role are:

 

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage compensation events.
  • Review project specifications and collaborate with various teams.
  • Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Participate in site visits and manage cost control.

 

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

 

  • Experience with NEC contracts and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in clean and wastewater projects is a plus.
  • Experience in project estimating and quantity surveying.
  • Degree level preferred, HND/C or equivalent considered.
  • Full U.K driving licence.
