We have an exciting opening in our Powys region to join the Shropshire & Hafren Dyfrdwy team as a Catchment Lead. Working closely alongside both our internal teams and contract partners, you will lead the performance of the sewerage network in Hafren Dyfrdwy.

 

As a Catchment Lead you will put our customers and the environment at the heart of everything we do, focusing on delivering ‘right first time’ solutions and driving improvement activity across HD.

 

It’s an incredibly diverse role with scope to manage your own workload with loads of development opportunities, working within a great team based in our Shelton depot in Shrewsbury.

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

 

  • Lead and promote a safe working environment to achieve Goal Zero whilst ensuring all quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with our contract partner to help deliver first class performance for our customers
  • Take the lead on all Pollution incidents on the HD sewerage network to ensure we deliver a great response and capture key learning
  • Investigate all incidents within HD to prevent repeats
  • Provide operational and technical input into the capital investment process
  • Manage our EDM activity on the HD network to ensure compliance
  • Work with stakeholders such as NRW to build great relationships
