Are you ready to make a real impact? Reducing water leaks is one of our top priorities, and our dedicated targeting team is at the forefront of this mission. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Demand Technician to join us in our quest to improve our water supply by finding and fixing leaks.
As a Demand Technician, you’ll be the detective of our water network, uncover Hidden Leaks: Analyse data on water flow, pressure, and customer usage to pinpoint leaks. You’ll dive into data analysis, prioritise tasks, collaborate with field teams, and report your findings to enhance our water network.
Daily and Weekly Adventures:
- Forecast and Report: Predict and report on water demand and leaks.
- Respond to Alarms: Act on network alarms and boost leak detection.
- Lead the Charge: Facilitate field team meetings and resolve data issues.
- Enhance Data Quality: Improve data quality for smarter decision-making.
- Optimise Performance: Analyse demand and usage data to optimise our network.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain and analyse data for precise reporting.
- Be the Communication Hub: Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
If you’re a data enthusiast and are curious about data with excellent problem-solving skills, then this may be the role for you! We are looking for an individual who takes pride in maintaining thorough records to ensure complete issue resolution and can be assertive and persuasive whilst building strong and effective relationships.
The role includes a skills competency framework that supports your development as you progress.
