We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of Waste Networks and Waste Treatment Projects within the Severn Trent Asset Intelligence and Innovation team.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a Portfolio of Waste Networks and Waste Treatment Projects within an exciting and evolving team. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to tackle business-critical challenges, actively improving performance measures. Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure programme delivery meets stringent standards of time, cost, and quality.
In this role, you will tackle business-critical challenges with innovative and cost-effective solutions. You will conduct regular reviews of programme health, processes, and systems. While showcasing successful innovation concepts and embedding change into Severn Trent's operating standards.
The successful candidate will also create tailored delivery and stakeholder management plans for all projects and ensure compliance with external legislation and statutory obligations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We're pursuing candidates with extensive experience in stakeholder management, leading diverse delivery teams, and applying complex risk management principles. Experience in the water sector or related industries is preferred, along with a track record of working to standards and codes of practice. Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will hold NEC project management and APM (or equivalent) Project Management qualifications, along with extensive experience in implementing CDM regulations. Professional membership and/or chartered status with CIWEM, ICE, or equivalent bodies is desired. A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
