EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

 

We’re looking for two brand new Customer Delivery Partners to proactively facilitate and identify fleet demand for your allocated business area, working closely with the business Director and Leadership team.

 

 

You’ll interface into all areas of the Fleet organisation to ensure your internal customers’ requirements and expectations are understood, planned for and executed to time, quality and budget.

 

 

In the role, you’ll manage the customer relationship, driving engagement and delivery of a first-class fleet service to our internal customers from strategy, to purchase, delivery, service and support.

 

 

Day to day, you’ll undertake site visits, support vehicle audits and meet customers from your allocated business area.

 

 

You’ll be based in our Coventry headquarters, Monday - Friday but will be expected to travel across the Severn Trent region to meet your stakeholders. We’ll support you with travel by providing either a car allowance or company car.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

 

Collaboration and building relationships is key in this role so someone who has experience with being customer or stakeholder focussed would be great in this role.

 

 

You’ll have demonstrable process improvement and/or analytical skills, alongside managing auditing and compliance processes experience.

 

 

Someone who understands the water industry and/or fleet sector would succeed.

 

 

You’ll have a customer first mindset, show initiative to make decisions and have confidence to feedback to senior stakeholders.
