Which is why we are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as an EVA Project Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for facilitating and coordinating planned EVA activities with CCS, Water Networks, Network Control and Water Treatment with the consideration to water availability and links/dependencies between other projects.

 

 

 

You’ll also highlight and report risks/issues whilst ensuring that actions are being taken to put in place steps for mitigation.

The key accountabilities of this role will include:

 

 

  • You’ll capture the planned EVA objective – CCS and Maintenance activities and identify what work is required and where, producing a timeline of the activities and communicating to the wider business.

 

 

  • Collaborate with CCS, Water Networks, Network Control and Water Treatment, attending/organizing monthly workshops to track progress, ensuring that dependencies/enabling activities stay on track and flag the risk of targets not being delivered on time and monitoring progression of these.

 

 

  •  Create a monthly stakeholders comms pack showing programme performance, risk and capturing next steps, while developing new reports providing insight to stakeholders and senior management.

 

 

  •  Coordinate of intervention management Go/No Go and Daily intervention Calls, reporting progress against the timeline and tracking flows/storage against projections.

 

 

  • Work with stakeholders exploring and progressing options to increase the duration of EVA shutdown, through the planning and implementation of interventions or producing CIR documents to secure investment for network / asset improvements.

 

 

  • Production of trend-based analysis reports; and reporting of continuous improvement plans for each function and giving detailed updates on project needs.

 

 

  • Build effective collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders spending time with each team to gain a holistic view of the project requirements, benefits and risks.

 

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Apart from being a great fit for the team you’ll ideally have strong communication skills, report writing and presentation skills with the ability to prompt timely decision making by senior leaders and colleagues which may involve tough choices or considered risks.

 

 

You’ll also have excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to deliver company priorities, while being proactive, looking ahead to anticipate problem and develop plans to overcome potential obstacles.

 

 

As travel is required you will also have to hold full driving licence.
