EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
 

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Bathing Rivers project as part of the Green Recovery programme at our Finham, Coventry office.

 

You'll play an essential part in transforming 49km of rivers, which will bring new leisure and fitness opportunities to people by allowing them to swim safely in these rivers. As well as this, the programme brings several environmental benefits such as enhanced biodiversity and aquatic life.  

 

The projects you will be involved in are wide ranging from creating additional Storm water storage to reduce the number of times our CSO need to spill to river, Increasing Treatment Capacity at our works and working on a new to the UK innovation of Ozone treatment on Waste Water which will improve the quality of the final effluent before discharge to the water course. 

 

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects. Which requires manging of project risks, providing financial updates, and ensuring commercial controls are maintained throughout the life of the programme, while defining appropriate products, standards and timescales ensuring the project delivers to time and within budget.

 

You'll actively engage with the Project Senior Management Team and effectively manage other stakeholders across the business, communicating successfully on project deliverables.
 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE


The successful candidate will have experience leading on projects within utilities, construction, rail, highways, or similar sectors, and you'll ideally have some experience working with NEC3/4. However, this is not essential.

 

The role is an all-rounded Project Manager however there will be a big focus on managing varying contracts and negotiations that are involved through the process.
