Hello, we’re Severn Trent Services a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We provide water and waste services to companies nationwide, including the MoD and The Coal Authority.

Our purpose is taking care of life’s essentials, but we’re also big on making a difference, not just because we should but because we care.

We’re currently recruiting for a Transformation Project Manager to join our Central Services Team.

If you want to do more because you care, we’d love to talk to you. There really is something for everyone here.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects within Severn Trent Service’s Acquisition Framework and Growth Plan. This includes providing business change deliverables and being accountable for project planning and reporting activities.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, legal teams, and financial advisors, to ensure alignment and smooth project progression. Actively engage with the Project Sponsor and effectively manage other stakeholders across the business during a project, communicating effectively on project deliverables.

  • Project Governance: Run a robust governance structure to manage the work and priorities of the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle. Define appropriate activities to ensure that the project delivers to quality, time, and cost criteria. Manage commercial and financial approvals via Project Boards and steering committees by creating slide packs for reporting progress, risks, and issues to programme leadership and senior stakeholders.

  • Integration Planning: Plan and oversee the integration of acquired entities to ensure seamless transitions and realization of synergies.

  • Presentation Skills: Communicate, engage, and challenge stakeholders at all levels in an appropriate and constructive way, adjusting the message to fit the audience.
